1. Go to the 'Groups' tab on the left hand menu
2. You'll see a list of all the groups you're connected to
3. You can view the details of the group by clicking the 'pen' icon on the right hand side
4. You can see the residents that live in the SIL site and the staff who are connected to support the site in the bottom two widgets
5. Connect new residents and staff by using the 'connect user' button in the top right corner
