1. Go to the wallet you'd like to to connect the support worker to
2. click the + button on the 'Users Connect' widget
3. Select the support worker
4. Select 'Yes' to connect the support worker to all of the participants wallets, or select 'No' if you only want to connect them to the one wallet.
