I can't see the card I'm holding as an option when I'm checking out funds

If you try and select the card you're attempting to check out, and it doesn't appear in the card section (image below) — follow these steps to troubleshoot

1. Check the details on the card — is it the supporter card for the person or site you need to spend money for?

2. If it is the right card for the person you're paying for, ask the house manager/parent/super admin that you're checking the card out from the check if the card is connected to the wallet.  They can check that under the 'card connect' tab within the participants wallet.

3. If the card is the correct card, and is connected to the wallet you're trying to pay for.  Please contact our support team on 1800 519 530
