How to replace a lost card

If you've definitely lost the card and you need to order a new card for a participant so that they can keep using SpendAble, follow the below process 

1. Navigate to the cards tab on the menu bar

2. Locate the card you have lost

3. Click the three dots and click toggle status

4. Make the card Inactive

5. To order a replacement card, click the 'Order Card' button

6. Select the user you'd like to order a card for

7. Select whether the card is for a participant to use, or a support worker

8. Input the address you'd like to have the card delivered to

9. Click 'Order & Back to List' if you don't need to order another card, or 'Order Another Card' if you do need to order another card
